Wesleyland Award

We are committed to achieving the goal of "inspiring children to enjoy reading and encouraging more authors to create children's books". The selection activity is held every two years of the award - Most Favorite Chinese Picture Book Among Children. To ensure the sustainability of this activity, after the vote of all committee members, the name of the award will be named after the enterprise which provides the highest sponsorship amount. The first session is named Wesleyland Award.

It gets an unparalleled development in children’s picture books, children’s literature, children’s science books, education for children and illustrator art. There are a great number of excellent Chinese books in Children literature. Although there are several awards for children's literature in China, there are no children's picture book awards with particular international influence.

Children's picture books are an important part of Chinese culture. To bring more Chinese children's picture books to the world, to ensure that children in China can read the world's best works simultaneously, and to guide the reading trend of hundreds of millions of children, we look forward to your organization or yourself lending a helping hand and joining this cause for the benefit of future generations.
